Klinik Farma – The trial to read the claims of Mario Dendy Satriyo and Shane Lucas regarding the planned serious attack on David Ozora has been rescheduled for Tuesday (August 15, 2023) next week.

The trial was delayed because the prosecutor (JPU) had not finished compiling a dossier on Mario and Shane.

“Today we were supposed to have a schedule for the announcement of the charges, but as we are still refining our charges,” the prosecutor said in the South Jakarta District Court (PN Jaksel) courtroom on Thursday (October 8, 2023).

“Today it is not ready, because there are still improvements,” the prosecutor replied.

The prosecutor then presented a timetable for the trial of Mario and Shane’s charges, which will take place on Tuesday (August 15, 2023). Judge Alimin then decided to adjourn the trial.

“Since the demands are not ready, of course, they cannot be read out. On Tuesday, we will postpone the indictment to August 15, 2023, next Tuesday,” Judge Alimin said.

As you know, Mario and Shane were scheduled to appear in court today in the case of the planned aggravated assault on David Ozora.

Mario Dendi was charged under article 353 part 2 of the Criminal Code and article 355 part 1 of ill-treatment as a result of his actions, which repeatedly attacked the recumbent David Ozora.

Meanwhile, Shane was charged under section 353 part 2 of the Criminal Code and section 355 part 1 of abuse, the second child of section 76 C of article 80, paragraph 2 of the Law No. 35 of 2014 on the protection of children.
