Recycle the crime scene
On Saturday (September 9, 2023), Polda Metro Jaya conducted another crime scene investigation at the site where the bodies of Grace and David were found in their home in Evidence Cinere Indah, Depok, West Java.
Monitoring Klinik Farma at the scene around 14.30 WIB, the crime scene investigation was led by Polda Metro Jaya Health and Medical Sciences Director, Commissioner of Police Heri Wijatmoko. Then also present was the head of the Jatanras sub-directorate, the General Criminal Investigation Department (Ditreskrimum) of Polda Metro Jaya AKBP Samian and Kapolsek Chinere Kompol J. Nurhaida.
On the other hand, members of INAFIS Polri, together with the Indonesian Association of Forensic Psychology (Apsifor), photographed and took samples at the crime scene.
Samian explained that the crime scene examination was again carried out with the assistance of Apsifor and forensic medicine to study the lifestyle and health of the victim.

“An induction investigation means we look at the crime scene and see the victim’s lifestyle and health profile, which will hopefully lead us to find out what really happened,” he explained.
Instructions on a laptop
Previously, investigators also found evidence in the form of messages on the victim’s laptop. Dirreskrimum Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Pol Hengki Haryadi said the message was written in English.
“So it says, ‘Anyone who reads this article, maybe by the time he sees this article, my mother and I will be dead,'” Hengky explained to reporters on Friday (Aug 9, 2023).
However, Hankey could not confirm whether the message was actually written by the victim or someone else. Investigators are continuing their investigation, he said.
