Jakarta, Klinik Farma – The Commission for the Eradication of Corruption (CPC) summoned the former Director of Inspection and Collection of the General Directorate of Taxation of the Ministry of Finance, Amri Zaman. He will be called as a witness in the corruption case of former tax officer Rafael Alun Trisambodo.
“The investigation team has planned to call witnesses, Amri Zaman,” said CCP spokesman Ali Fikri in a written statement on Friday (November 8, 2023).
Ali said that Amri Zaman’s examination would take place at the Red and White Building in South Jakarta. However, Ali did not explain the connection of Amri Zaman with this case, including the materials of the investigation conducted against Amri.
The CCP named Rafael as a suspect in a tax audit bounty case. Mario’s father Dandi Satriyo is suspected of receiving tips while serving as head of the Tax Investigation, Investigation and Collection Department at East Java Regional Office of the General Administration of Revenue I since 2011.
The CCP suspects that Rafael received the tip to determine the results of the company’s tax audit. The bribes were allegedly received through a tax consultant he made PT Artha Mega Ekadhana. In this case, the CCP confiscated various luxury bags and safes worth IDR 32 billion. At present, the CCP has also named Rafael as a money laundering suspect (TPPU).
