Klinik Farma – Investigators from the TNI Military Police Center (Puspom) and the Commission for the Eradication of Corruption (KPK) completed a search of the Basarnas office in Jakarta on Friday (04/08/2023).
The search was carried out as part of a series of corruption investigations involving Air Marshal Henri Alfiandi, head of the National Search and Rescue Agency, and Lieutenant Colonel Afri Budi Kahyanto.
The head of the TNI Information Center, Rear Admiral TNI Julius Widjoyo, said the search continued for 7 hours, from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm ET.
“After the search was completed, two investigation teams from Puspoy TNI and the CPC each brought 2 boxes and 1 case of physical evidence, which were then delivered to the offices of each investigator, both at Puspoy TNI and the Commission for the Eradication of Corruption after how the forfeiture report was drawn up. done,” Julius said in a written statement on Friday (04/08/2023).

He detailed the evidence seized in the form of documents, including evidence of check cashing operations, financial management documents for the wreckage victim detection procurement, and other important documents relating to the procurement of goods/services in Basarnas in 2023.
“In addition to written documents, CCTV footage relating to the case of the suspect Kh.A. was also found and confiscated in Basarnas. (Henri),” Julius said.
Allegedly receiving 88 billion rupees in bribes
Henri and his accomplice Afri are suspected of taking bribes. When Afri was caught in a hand-catch operation (OTT), investigators found 999.7 million rupees in cash. In addition, the two are also suspected of taking bribes worth IDR 4.1 billion.
The bribes were allegedly used to purchase crash victim detection equipment worth an IDR 9.9 billion contract, public safety diving equipment worth an IDR 17.4 billion contract, and an ROV for KN SAR Ganesha (Multiyears 2023-2024) with a contract. cost IDR 89.9 billion.

Three high-ranking officials of the company were suspected of giving a bribe, namely the chief commissioner of PT MGCS (Multi Graphic Cipta Sejati) Mulsunadi Gunawan, the chief director of PT IGK (Intertekno Graphic Sejati) Marilya, the president-director of PT KAU (Kindah Abadi Utama) Roni Aidil.
Based on information and investigations carried out by the CCP between 2021 and 2023, Anri and Afri are also suspected of accepting 88.3 billion rupees in bribes related to the purchase of goods and services.
