“All I have to do is keep reporting to the President that I will host the International Sufi Congress,” Prabowo said after the meeting.
Prabowo said that Sufi scholars from 64 countries that are members of the World Shufi Assembly will take part in this event. For example, rectors of universities, Islamic organizations, heads of Islamic boarding schools and Sheikh Al-Azhar.
In addition, Prabowo, who is also the chairman of the Multako al-Alami Sufi Center, said that four issues were raised at this congress, such as Sufi education and its impact on the purification of the soul, sustainable economic development, and the media industry. and public opinion, on the important role of Sufism in the construction of people and the development of civilization.
“It was previously reported that the president and the president are ready to open this International Sufi Congress on the upcoming August 29,” Prabowo said.
