Yono, one of the rice traders at Chipinang Main Rice Market (PIBC), said that currently average rice is priced at IDR 12,500-13,000/kg, while average rice is normally priced at IDR 10,500/kg.
Meanwhile, the price of premium rice is currently around IDR 14,000-14,500 per kg.
“Before (usually) the price of premium rice was only 12,000 or 12,500 rupees per kg. Now she has grown up. From the beginning of last August to today, it has risen from Rs 14,000 to Rs 14,500, so the increase is Rs 1,500 to Rs 2,000,” Yono said during a meeting with Klinik Farma at PIBC East Jakarta on Wednesday (June 9, 2023). .).
