Klinik Farma – It appeared that PT Bali Tower Sentra did not apologize at all to Sultan Rifat Alfatih’s family when they met as mediator at the Coordinating Ministry of Politics, Law and Security (Kemenko Polhukam) on Friday (November 8, 2023).
This was explained by Sultan’s father Fatih Nurul Huda after mediating with PT Bali Tower.
“So far we have only reached an agreement. There has not been (sorry) any such statement before,” said Fatih of the Coordinating Ministry for Political, Legal and Security Affairs.
Meanwhile, PT Bali Tower lawyer Makdeer Ismail did not want to directly respond to pressure from the Sultan’s family to apologize. For him, mediation is done to find a common understanding.

“Yes, that’s why I said earlier. There will be no understanding if there is no discussion of all this, ”McDeere explained.
As you know, on Friday (8.11.2023), the Coordinating Ministry of Political, Legal and Security Affairs held a mediation between PT Bali Tower Sentra and Sultan Rifat Alfatih, who suffered from fiber entanglement in his neck.
The mediation was attended by the Sultan’s father Fatih Nurul Huda, accompanied by his lawyer Habiba. Meanwhile, several representatives of the company were present at the PT Bali Tower Sentra stronghold, accompanied by lawyer Makdeer Ismail.
Fatih said the mediation was held to explain the issues surrounding the case. He said no agreement had yet been reached.
“Because so far there has been no mutual agreement, only mutual understanding,” Fatih said after mediating with the Coordinating Ministry for Political, Legal and Security Affairs.

Fatih explained that the tangled cable incident that happened to his son was meant to be a disaster.
He hopes that the agreement will produce results in the form of compensation for the treatment of the Sultan. Fatih prayed for his son to recover after treatment.
“The agreement is that at the end of the day there is an assessment of whether the term is compensation or what matters most,” Fatih said.
“The main thing is my child, the health of my child and the 100% recovery of my child. This is what I hope for,” he added.
Meanwhile, McDeere said today’s mediation led to a shared understanding with the Sultan’s family, namely the prioritization of the recovery process.
“The agreement is especially related to the priority of healing the sultan,” McDeere said.
Macdeere was reluctant to speak further when asked about Bali Tower’s willingness to pay for the Sultan’s medical expenses.
“Yes, as long as we don’t want to talk about it. It is important that the Sultan is healthy,” he said.
