Klinik Farma – The Nofriansyah Yosua Hutabarat family or Brigadier Yosua plan to submit restitution or reimbursement of expenses against Ferdy Sambo Cs. The plan is currently under further discussion.
“As far as restitution is concerned, we will look into it and discuss it with the family of the deceased,” Yosua Martin Lukas Simandjuntak, family lawyer, told reporters on Friday (November 8, 2023).
Martin reasoned that restitution had been filed because the Supreme Court (MA) overturned Sambo Cs’ conviction. However, the legal team is still waiting for the Yosua family’s blessing on the restitution request.
“Given that the defendants, especially Putri Chandravati, received a very large legal damage. Therefore, it would be better if the family agreed that we will provide compensation (restitution) to the guilty,” Martin said.

However, Martin said the plan would also be discussed with the Witness and Victim Protection Agency (LPSK).
“The intention is still being considered, later, when the family agrees, then we will submit it to LPSK to calculate the amount of restitution,” he said.
It should be noted that Ferdy Sambo escaped the death penalty after his appeal was accepted by the Supreme Court. Now Sambo is sentenced to life imprisonment.
Meanwhile, his wife Putri Chandravati, who was originally sentenced to 20 years in prison, has now been sentenced to 10 years in prison. Meanwhile, Strong Marouf was sentenced to 10 years in prison following an appeal decision.
Initially, the former sambist was sentenced to 15 years in prison. Meanwhile, the sentence of former sambo adjutant Riki Rizal Wibowo was reduced from 13 to 8 years in prison.
