3. Call center
You can also check your membership status by contacting the BPJS Kesehatan Care Center 165, available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
4. Hospital
Members can also check their status by visiting BPJS Kesehatan staff at the nearest hospital. Later, BPJS staff will help provide information about your membership status.
