Klinik Farma – Defendant Mario Dandi Satrio said he was disappointed that he was charged with 12 years in prison in the aggravated assault case against David Ozora. Mario announced this in his address.
“I express my frustration with the prosecutor’s demands for maximum punishment without even considering mitigating reasons,” Mario said while reading a statement in South Jakarta District Court (PN Jaksel) on Tuesday (August 22, 2023). .
Mario claimed that he had never been in trouble with the law until now. In front of the panel of judges, Rafael’s son Alan Trisambodo begged for a second chance to improve himself.
“At this young age, I believe that I can still improve myself to become a much better person, leaving the wrong lifestyle and becoming a new person to welcome a better future,” said Mario.

Mario believes that the criminal punishment imposed on a person is intended to teach a lesson.
“Hopefully, I believe that at this age I can still change my attitude and have a better future for my life later,” he said.
In addition, Mario stated that he did not expect the persecution to begin. Because in all his life, Mario never liked violence, he didn’t even have intentions, plans or thoughts to harm anyone.
“I never thought that I could commit violence that should not have been at that meeting. I am very sorry about this incident because there was basically no intention or plan to commit violence,” he continued.
At the previous trial, the public prosecutor (JPU) demanded 12 years in prison for Mario Dendi. The prosecutor stated that Mario’s actions towards David were inhuman and sadistic.
