Klinik Farma – The Arek Ksatria Airlangga (JAKA) network called on PDI Perjuangan to partner with Khofifah Indar Parawansa as a vice presidential candidate to accompany presidential candidate Ganjar Pranovo in the 2024 presidential election.
The Ganjar-Hofif couple, according to Jaq, could get along well because they were nationalists and religious.
“We support Hofifa in partnering with Ganjar Pranovo because he would be the right religious nationalist partner for the PDIP. In addition, DPP PDIP Chairman Megawati is also very concerned about efforts to strengthen gender equality,” JAKA Chairman Tegu Prihandoko said in a written statement on Saturday (December 8, 2023).
Teguh then explained Hofifa’s five advantages when he accompanied Ganjar in the 2024 presidential election.

First, Hofifa is the governor of East Java, who has a very large number of voters. In addition, East Javans are scattered throughout Indonesia.
Secondly, Hofifa is one of the chairmen of the NU PB, who is also the chairperson of Muslimat NU, who has a very strong and militant base.
According to Teguh, Hofifa’s victory in the 2018 East Java gubernatorial election proves the special place Hofifa holds among the Nakhleen, especially among NU Muslims.
“The fact is that NA members have different party elections, but when they are elected in the presidential election, they definitely tend to vote for the one who bears the name Hofif,” he said.
Thirdly, Hofifa has a very long experience of participating in direct political electoral processes that require courage, courage, patience and great energy.

He said it was not easy to win regional elections in East Java, which has 38 second-tier regions. It takes tremendous energy and physical stamina to reach all points that can be reached almost exclusively by road.
“For example, from Pasitan to Banyuwangi, the journey takes more than 8 hours. To get to all points during the campaign period, Hofifa used to leave after dawn, return before dawn,” Teguh said.
Fourth, Hofifa is said not only to have significant social capital, but also to have full experience in student organizations, grassroots organizations, legislators, ministers, and governors.
“Hofifa’s experience is very complete. Such a partner is what Ganjar Pranovo needs,” said the man, who was born in Pati, Central Java.
Fifth, Hofifa is believed to have a special relationship with the PDIP DPP General Chairman and President Jokowi. In the presidential election, Hofifa was one of the important keys to Jokowi’s victory in the 2013 elections.
“If Ganjar and Hofifa are presented, I am sure they will win one round,” he said.
Electorality of Hofifa
However, Teguh admits that in various polls, the chances of Hofif being elected are still relatively slim. However, Teguh believes that as soon as Hofifa’s name is announced as Ganjar Pranovo’s partner, the chances of Ganjar Hofifa’s pairing being chosen immediately will skyrocket.
“Hofif’s name is still relatively small. This is because the respondent did not list Hofifa’s name as a candidate for vice president. So once it’s announced, we’re sure the chances of getting elected will skyrocket. This will have a very positive impact on the election of Ganjar Pranovo,” he said.
