Klinik Farma – A surveillance camera or CCTV system recorded a man snatching a mobile phone from a child in Jalan Sawah Lio IV, Gang 21, Jembatan Lima Village, Tambora, West Jakarta on Monday (August 14, 2023).

This action went viral after it was uploaded to social media. One of the social media accounts that uploaded it was @lensa_berita_jakarta.

“The reckless actions of criminals to steal mobile phones in a village alley in the West Jakarta area,” the report cited on Monday said.

The video I uploaded shows three small children walking down the alley. At this time, one of the three children had a mobile phone.

At the same time, a man in a black jacket appeared right behind the boys. The man walked faster because the victim was in second place or surrounded by three children walking in a row.

In a matter of seconds, the man immediately grabbed the boy’s mobile phone, which, as a result of the loss of power, passed to another owner.

Having received what became his goal, the criminal fled. According to the results of the recording from the surveillance camera, at that moment the attacker acted alone.

Meanwhile, Tambora Police Chief Compol Putra Pratama said he had not received the report. But it will test the incident.

“Not tracked yet. We will check it,” Putra said when confirmed.
